Automotive Technology (AUT)
  • Select from  an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or short-term certificates specific to vehicle systems including powertrain, brakes, drivetrain, heating and air conditioning, electrical and mechanical diagnostics, and general maintenance.
  • Industry supported entry-level degree that also prepares students for professional exams related to Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications and EPA Section 609 Refrigerant Certification
Agriculture (AGR)
  • Select from an industry supported entry-level degree (non-transfer) or a transfer pathway
  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree (non-transfer)
  • Option to transfer upon completion of Associate of Applied Science – Transfer (AAS-T) degree with Articulation Agreements that are aligned with WSU in the areas of Ag & Food Business Economics, Ag Technology & Production Management, Field Crop Management
Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
  • Certificate of Accomplishment award upon completion of the CDL program
  • Prepares students for Washington DOT exam with program trainings specific to defensive driving techniques, brake adjustment, equipment inspection, hazardous material transportation, DOT log books, and trip planning
  • Funding available for eligible students through partnering retraining program
Computer Science (CS)
  • Select from an industry supported entry-level degrees (non-transfer) or a transfer pathway
  • Offers degrees for direct employment in the areas Software and Web Development, and Systems Administration for careers in local data centers or IT departments in the public or private sector
  • Transfer degrees offer BBCC graduates junior standing at universities in the areas of Computer Engineering and Computer Science programs
Manufacturing and Process Technology
  • Prepares students for employment in automated manufacturing, mechanical maintenance, communication systems, CNC operations, production and auxiliary system support
  • Offers both a Certificate of Achievement and Associate of Applied Science Transfer (AAS-T) degree
  • Supersedes Maintenance Mechanics Technology
Mechatronics (MCT)
  • Serves as the core for Manufacturing and Process Technology
  • Prepares students for entry-level employment in automated manufacturing or to transfer practical skills into various STEM programs including Computer Science and Engineering Technology
  • Offers a Certificate of Achievement for entry-level positions
Welding (WLD)
  • Select from three specializations including Structural Welding, Pipe Welding or Production Welding
  • All credentials are supported local industry and prepare students for welding certification exams
  • Offers both Certificates of Achievement and Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree
Bachelors of Applied Science in Applied Management

This BAS degree builds upon BBCC’s current Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees. The program provides customized high-demand management skills courses geared toward the needs of various industry sectors in the local economy. Perfect for working adults who need more flexibility in their schedules have a job or family responsibilities. Prepares students to move into managerial positions that require a bachelor’s degree or to start their own business
