September 25	Last Day for Purchasing Dept. to make purchases
Sept 27-Oct 1	Conversion Dry Run
Oct 5	Go/No Go Decision
October 13	Last day to: Make changes to student records Receive financial aid disbursements Register for classes Pay for classes Submit payments for fees Submit fall quarter class changes Submit grade updates Submit Travel/Expense Reimbursement Requests Submit Vouchers for payment New applications, registration, etc. will be process in the ctcLink system starting Nov 8
October 14-Nov 7	Limited Services No financial aid disbursements Admissions/Registration, Financial Aid, and Business Office will offer limited services Human Resources will offer limited services Payroll will offer limited services
October 27	Go live for Faculty/Staff/Student Employees
